The concept of Hyperbaric Medicine has been around since the 1800s. Since then, hyperbaric therapy has been used around the world to successfully treat a wide variety of medical conditions.
Early in the summer of 2006, our nine year-old daughter, JeAnnah, like many children during that time of year, contracted chicken pox. However, unlike most children who contract this common virus, JeAnnah developed a rare, potentially lethal complication of chicken pox: Viral Encephalitis.
